MARKS FOR ATTENDING STUDENTS

These marks are based on my evaluation of your classwork (blogs, presentations, essays, discussion) and the final exam.

Those with an asterisk are missing parts of TALB2 - as I said before - if you complete the TALB2 in all its parts this appello we can register your full mark (which can increase if you have oral and written). If you complete only Listening and Reading the mark will not increase.

REGISTRATION will be at the oral exam or ricevimento on Thursday 5th or Thursday 19th February

30+

Excellent spoken language, very fluent.

Excellent comprehension of spoken language at all speeds of delivery

Uses wide variety of lexis and syntactic structures

Excellent understanding and production of different written and spoken genres

Able to express complex thoughts clearly

Can draw and summarise information from wide variety of sources and provide references

Complete all tasks according to instructions provided

High degree of accuracy

Has complete B2 certification or higher

28-30

Excellent spoken language, fluency with few hesitations.

Excellent comprehension of spoken language

Uses variety of lexis and syntactic structures

Excellent understanding and production of different written and spoken genres

Able to express complex thoughts clearly

Can draw and summarise information from many different sources and provide references

Complete all tasks according to instructions provided

Considerable degree of accuracy

Has complete B2 certification or higher

25-27

Good spoken language, sometimes hesitant but spontaneous.

Good comprehension of spoken language

Some variety of lexis and syntactic structures

Good understanding of different written and spoken genres

Generally able to express thoughts quite clearly

Complete most tasks according to instructions provided

Not totally accurate in written work

Has B2 certification (at least receptive skills)

18-24

Can express thoughts in simple way

Comprehension of spoken language when slow and clearly articulated

Good comprehension of written language in some genres (eg official documents, newspaper articles)

Understanding of different written genres

Can express basic thoughts in writing

Completes tasks according to instructions provided

Frequent errors in spelling, lexis and syntax
